Given a choice, most patients prefer to recover from illness or injury in their own home near family and friends. The Community Health Association staff will work with you, your physician, family and community agencies to bring you the most complete care possible to meet your needs. Our skilled nurses and therapists provide comprehensive physical assessments, patient and caregiver education, as well as administer physician-prescribed medical and therapeutic treatments. Any significant findings are reported to your physician.
